Danielle is a certified Yoga Teacher and is one of the first women in the U.S. to be certified as a Wim Hof Method Instructor. Yoga, breathwork, meditation and the ice are four tools that she credits with dramatically improving her health and quality of life.
Her goal in every class is to lift and train the mind, body and soul UP. These four practices are designed to promote robust and vibrant health which Danielle believes is the key to developing our innate potential, creating better opportunities for work, love and play, and experiencing more joy.
After living in New York City for seven years, she moved to Encinitas, California to be closer to family and nature. She now splits her time between both cities.
