FIVE is a two hour class organized into four parts:

1. Yoga

Why the Cold Exposure?

Although it may seem like a first class ticket to hypothermia (it’s not), cold exposure is proven to improve circulation, energy, metabolism and sleep. During class you’ll get the opportunity to drop into an ice bath for two to three minutes. Learn more here.

Meet Danielle McCallum

Danielle is a certified Yoga Teacher and is one of the first women in the U.S. to be certified as a Wim Hof Method Instructor.

Yoga, breathwork, meditation and the ice are four tools that she credits with dramatically improving her health and quality of life.
